Description
Have you ever longed to play Pokémon Emerald but with Eevee as a starter? Well, you can now! This is a super-simple, borderline-vanilla ROM hack that allows you to select Eevee as your starter. If you still want to employ the other three starters for whatever reason, you can do so.
I simply tossed this together for fun, but I decided I’d share it as well.
Features
- Mostly vanilla experience, with some minor changes here and there.
- Eevee as a fourth starter option.
- Implemented Eevee in various areas to make it feel like a natural part of Hoenn’s Local PokéDex.
- Changed every rival battle to account for every possible starter (See documentation).
- Fully decapitalized proper nouns.
- Running indoors is allowed.
- All version-exclusive Pokémon that were previously unavailable in Emerald can now be found in the wild (See documentation).
- All four starter Pokémon can now be found in the wild (See documentation)!
- Trade evolutions changed to leveled evolutions.
