Pokemon Delta Green (Zenon Returns) is a GBA Rom Hack based on Pokemon Emerald. It has a new storyline, Increased difficulty, events & side quests!
There is a rumour that Team Rocket has obtained custody of a Legendary Pokemon. Giovanni attempted to use this Pokemon to conquer the world, but it refused to accept him as its leader for this reason. Instead, it intends to defeat Zenon, a supernatural human creature who wrecks havoc at Wilturf Silent. You’ll meet Zenon early on, and from there, a lot of things will start to happen with Team Rocket, Legendary Pokemon, and other stuff.
