About the Game
I began working on Pokemon Empyrean in 2013, but haven’t touched it in over 4 months. A friend reminded me of its existence in the summer of 2017, so I picked it up again and decided to resurrect and, perhaps, finish it. As for why I started building it in the first place, I’ve always wanted to make my own offshoot of the Pokemon games since I first played Pokemon Emerald as a kid. But, above all, I wanted to convey a tale.
Plot
The plot takes place in the Omuran Region, following the defeat of the newest villainous gang, the “Vordev Group,” by a Pokemon agent team lead by your father, Hal. Despite the fact that the Group was defeated, some of its core members escaped. You and your father travel in Selene Town for a holiday, but Hal is soon informed that the remains of the Group have been discovered, and he flees.
Unfortunately, things do not go as planned, and Hal is kidnapped by the remainder of the Group, who have joined forces with an unknown entity. Your mission will be twofold: to become the best Pokemon trainer while also rescuing your father.

The following data is collected and sent to the analytics:
- Player character choice
- Trainer ID (randomly generated number in the game)
- Chosen starter
- Caught Pokemon
- Which gym was beaten and when
- Time at which Mega Ring was obtained
- Kata level
You can turn the collection of data completely on/off in the settings, under the “Analytics” option, but having them on will help me better understand and improve the game.
